Many restaurants (and a very well stocked supermarket) are located within a few hundred metres of the apartment also. But the best thing about this spacious apartment is neither its stunning location and all its comforts (Wi-Fi, satellite TV, dishwasher, laundry room with washer, dryer and iron, air conditioning, etc.), but its large two-level terrace with table, chairs, umbrellas and a pergola from where you have all the views you could wish for!

- The apartment is full 180 m² and is located on the 5th floor (thankfully with an elevator). It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa (three sofas, two armchairs and two coffee tables), which offers access to the terrace, a dining room, a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, a large fridge, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave, a bedroom with double bed and French balcony with views and en suite bathroom with a bath, a shower and wc, a smaller bedroom with a double bed and French doors onto the terrace (this room has a sliding door to the living room), a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with a bath and a toilet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The living room and one bedroom have a portable device whilst the other two bedrooms have a fixed unit.
Lots of space for 3 couples. Walking distance to everything in Rome center.
