Piazza de 'Renzi is found in one of the more quaint and less noisy streets in the popular and lively Trastevere area. There is an eatery on either side, one being the restaurants "Da Augusto" who serve a mixture of locals and tourists. They are in fact two apartments together.
These two apartments are on the third floor which are separated by a landing so they they can be rented together giving space to sleep up to 9 people. Unfortunately, there is only space to seat 6 people at the dining table inside, but you can take a few folding chairs up to the roof terrace where you have a larger table and a small table together with space for you all.
3 bedroom apartment - sleeps 8/9:
The apartment is on two levels with the entrance on the 3rd floor (no elevator). There are 2 apartments, both equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher, washing machine, good kitchen facilities and a rooftop terrace.
- The smallest of them consists of a lounge with a weekend bed, a TV, dining table and an open kitchen (four burner stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher), a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the bedroom there is access to a small terrace, which leads to a spiral staircase taking you up to the large roof terrace.
- The largest apartment is on two floors with an entrance on the third floor. It consists of an entrance with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. From here there are 17 solid, wide steps up to the upper floor (there is no handrail, so you have to rely on the wall), where you will find a large living room with a sofa bed for two people (NB Access to this is through one of bedrooms), an open kitchen (four burner stove, an oven, refrigerator with a small freezer, kettle, toaster and dishwasher), a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a bath and toilet.
