Here you have a unique opportunity to combine sun, sand, beach and the Mediterranean with an idyllic rural location. Then there is the medieval coastal town of Sperlonga to satisfy your need for history and atmosphere, and you can also easily reach Rome for a day trip from here.
Casa Mediterranea is in a quiet location at the end of a dead end street from where you can gaze out to sea. There is certainly a need for a car here (the last 400 metres approaching the house is along an unpaved road) - nevertheless, it is less than 6 km to the sandy beaches, shopping, restaurants and the historic centre of Sperlonga, and a little further to the larger neighbouring towns of Gaeta and Terracina. The nearest restaurant is however, just about. 2 km away. Note that the place offers light lunches.

The country house is distinguished visually with its whitewashed expression and the sky window frames, create a pretty colour contrast with the green lawns and sky. There is a small swimming pool in front of the house and also a children's playing ground.
The family that run Casa Mediterranea grow their own fruits and vegetables and also keep chickens on the estate which is greater than 1 acre. The breakfast buffet is therefore wholesome and features many home made items. You can take breakfast inside or outside on the terrace weather permitting of course and enjoy the sea views whilst you have your morning coffe. If you choose to stay in a one bedroom suite with a kitchen, you can still choose to have breakfast as a payable option.
Inside you will find a small desk and a bar with a TV, and there are usually staff on-site until 21:30, but not overnight. There is also wi-fi, but the best coverage is available in public areas. There is no guarantee of coverage in the actual rooms.
