You live in a quiet area
Elaia Garden Hotel is a small hotel, (35 rooms) cozy and tidy, with a location right on the edge of town. With the green hills just behind you, only a few residential buildings close by, you can enjoy a quiet and peaceful location. The hotel does not have pool, though in return you can quickly get down to the beach and soak up the sun, when you require. It is only 500 meters down to the beach and there you can rent sun bed. Another option is to stay in the hotels garden, where you can relax on the outdoor patio with a good book.

The hotel is modern and stylish, and all rooms have access to a private balcony facilitated with table and chairs, to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. Moreover, both the bar and restaurant have the option of sitting out on the terrace. You just live 1.3 km. from Sperlonga's city center where you will find several really good restaurants, but so far you do not have to go out for dining out, at only 650 meters from the hotel there is another restaurant.
