At Florenza Residence you also have the golden sandy beach on your doorstep and it doesn't stop there because these lovely renovated apartments are located in the centre of the historic centre of Sperlonga.
You can choose one of these lovely apartments that sleep between two and six people and they all have sea views regardless of their size. The apartments are simple and rustically furnished and harmonize well with the building's characteristics. Some apartments have a small balcony with sea views. Most of the apartments are equipped with air conditioning, but there are some that don't have it.

Guests at Florenza Residence are provided with an umbrella and a beach chair on the beach below the town. There is a car park approx. 300 metres from the residence available for a fee. We recommend Florenza Residence for families and couples but not for the elderly or people with disabilities due to the stairs.
The apartment was really nice. The balcony was perfect, and we spent all our evenings there. Sperlonga is a town with an incredible number of stairs. Charming and cozy to stay in. Not much is going on in the town itself, but the train to Naples and Rome is about 1,5 hours. We went on many little outings. Parking is difficult to find in the area. Order parking from home. Cleaning every day.
We went on holiday in Sperlonga medio October, and it was clear that it was the end of a season. But there was still lots of tourist and locals in the city. We stayed in the Old town, in an apartment, which was perfectly with a lively 2 y/o.
Florenza Residence was quite excellent, nice and clean (the cleaned every day). The apartment was big and bright, the kitchen however was very small, but worked fine.
We had a wonderful view from the balcony over the Old town and the ocean.
