Along the coastal road, just a few kilometres from the town of Albenga, you will find this lovely newly built residence with a swimming pool. It has been designed with the characteristic warm colours common to Liguria.
The residence offers a total of 34 beautifully furnished apartments, distributed in small houses around the park. The swimming pool is 20 x 9 m (maximum depth of 120 cm), with a paddling pool measuring 9 x 9m (60 cm deep), sun loungers, parasols and a playground for children. The staff are all very helpful and can provide you with ample tourist information and overall you will find that there is a great family atmosphere here. You will also find a restaurant here, and can also rent bicycles.

You can do your shopping in Albenga, around 2 - 3 km away, and the nearest beach is around 1 km away. There is another beach is closer but we do not recommend it.
The apartments are modern and have air conditioning, a kitchen, satellite TV, a safety deposit box, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are not adapted for couples to share as such but rather for parents with children. Type A is closest to the main building on the ground or first floor, some are split-level, and they may have bedroom with sloping ceilings. Each apartment has a private parking.
