Residenza Borgo degli Ulivi provides a nice base for those wishing to explore Imperia and the region of Liguria. From here you can easily reach the town, the beach and the motorway exit (just 200 metres). Here you stay in comfortable and stylish apartments.
There are only 11 apartments, all with a furnished terrace or balcony. They are distributed in two different houses, located respectively on the ground or the 1st floor. They are surrounded by a large garden with grass, lavender and other plants, and the driveway is graced by one of the great old mill-stones from olive oil production.

The apartments are from 2006, and are therefore in very good condition. Each is decorated in a rustic Provencal-style, and there is a strong emphasis on the small details and quality materials. There are plans to build additional houses in the old olive grove in the next few years time.
There is a reception on site, as well as a large outdoor car park. There is a further covered parking garage, which also has a small laundry and vending machines for hot and cold drinks. The garden has a common area with grills and tables and benches. Approximately 100 metres from the settlement bar, newspaper stand and supermarket.
Borgo degli Ulivi is located close to the toll motorway, and there is some heavy traffic passing by which some might consider as a disadvantage - as traffic noise cannot be avoided. However it's proximity can be an advantage for those wishing to visit the region. In the immediate vicinity you will also find a small factory which olive oil. There smell of the fruit is often prevalent but it is by no means an unpleasant smell.

- The apartments are divided into two nearby houses, and are either on the ground or 1st floor. The decor is slightly different, as is the size of the individual apartments, but the standard is the same everywhere. All apartments have air conditioning, a safety deposit box, a lounge with a TV, a kitchen with a 4 burner stove, a fridge / freezer and an oven, a dining area, a sofa bed for one or two people, and the possibility of extra bed. There is a bedroom with a double or twin beds, a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toilet - just as all apartments have a furnished balcony or terrace.
