Torre Rossa is located in the hinterland of Imperia, close to the Ligurian Riviera in a small village called Villa Viani, where life is lived at a quiet and comfortable pace.
Lovingly restored
The tower was used as a watchtower by the Saracens in the 1600's, but remained unused for many years after. Today, the tower has been lovingly and painstakingly restored from top to toe and now houses three apartments that are rented to guests. In just a few minutes on foot from here you will arrive in the charming village piazza where there is a small grocery store. The village of Villa Viani is known for its typical village dances and music. The nearest major town is Imperia, located approx. 9km away. Here are a myriad of restaurants and shops and of course a beach!

Pool & parking lot
You can take advantage of the lovely pool of 8 x 4 metres in the pretty manicured garden with sun loungers and parasols and outdoor table and chairs. Close by, you will also find parking spaces that belong to the tower.
Apartment facilities
The three apartments in Torre Rossa are made up with largely organic and eco-friendly materials and natural fibres are used where possible throughout. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a gas stove with four burners and an oven, an Italian coffee maker, a hairdryer and an iron.
The apartments at Torre Rossa
The apartment is approx. 48 m² and is spread over two floors (living room and first floor). It is located in the oldest part of the tower. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed (140 cm), on the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed in wrought iron, a bathroom with toilet and shower. It is possible to dine outside in the small garden next to the kitchen.
The apartment is approx. 40 m² and is located on the ground floor. It is located in the new part of the tower. Through a door apartment can be connected with the apartment Capitano so that you get one large apartment for a total of 7 people. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a single sofa bed, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and shower. It is possible to dine outside in the small garden next to the kitchen.
The apartment is approx. 50 m² and is located on the tower's top two floors. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed (140 cm), on the top floor there is a bedroom with a four-poster double bed, a bathroom with a toilet and shower. From the apartment's windows is a fantastic view of the valley where the river Impero runs.
