Nice location in the village, nice view and it feels good to live with other non-tourists. The balcony was enough for the 5 of us. Loads of room. Close to the ocean.
The remark is mostly about what we paid extra for: It was clean, but they hadn't checked that all lamps were working (we bought more bulbs). Had to go to the agency and order bed-linen, and those there were, hadn't been controlled whether they were clean, or not. A somewhat large towel isn't enough for a week. The instructions for the washing machine (Which we didn't use) and the TV, and so on, was only on Italian.
Two of the hiking trails were closed - check beforehand, if they are open. The Levanto is a fantastic place to live, you avoid the worst hordes. Don't be in the villages between 12 and 17, when there are hordes of tourists.
