Residence Prealba is located at about 150 meters from the center of Levanto. The lively town is inhabited throughout the year and shops, restaurants and cafes are open all year. It is worth visiting not only in summer but also in the off-season, especially because of the mild climate that prevails here throughout the year.
In Residence Prealba you can use the parking in the garage. The beach is only 200 meters and here you can also drink your first espresso in the morning. If you arrive without a car, what we actually do not recommend, you can reach Levanto by train. The train station is about 2 km outside the city. Despite the proximity to the town and the beach you experience here a beautiful and peaceful environment.
Do you like hiking? Then Cinque Terre suits you perfectly. There are many advertised hiking Trails with spectacular views. By train you easily reach Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore. Each municipality has something unique to offer. The villages on the hiking trail along Via dell'Amore, the Riomaggiore and Manarola along the sea are connected and a major attraction. The trail from Manarola over Corniglia and Vernazza to Monterosso is very scenic with breathtaking views. Firm footwear is advisable!

The apartment was fine and had everything we needed. You can take the lift from the parking basement to the apartment and the roof terrace was lovely. The apartment had dishwasher and hairdryer. In total it was a lovely stay. The apartment is close to the city-center with many restaurants and cafe'es. Of cause you would see tourists but not like in Cinque Terre. It was a nice experience being able to walk to the city, or the baker, or even the supermarket where we could by fresh fish and vegetables. We found a small bar, where we had our evening coffee and cognac. After two nights we did not have to say what we wanted - the waiter knew from the second we came.
Really great apartment complex in the lovely - and not too overrun town - Levanto. Centrally, but also peacefully located - a stone's throw from the beach, restaurants and shopping facilities.
Levanto is a nice place to stay, if you don't want to stay at Cinque Terre, but close enough to be in same area.
Wonderful beach, but a lot of people (August) and very had to get sunbeds.
The public beach is great. Very nice town with a lot of restaurants and bars.
Very modern apartment, but not so equipped. I missed wine glasses and reasonable sized pots.
