The Residence Riviera Palace is set back from the busy coastal road in a quiet residential area with a public swimming pool next door. It's a great setting for a family holiday with the beach, town and surrounding mountains all within easy reach.
There is a strong focus on children at Residence Riviera Palace, as you will find a decorated playroom inside with attached toilet facilities and a TV lounge with small armchairs where your youngest can play in a sheltered environment. Outside there is small pool (3.5 x 8.5 m, approx. 1.3 deep), small children's section and a sun terrace and a small playground, again arranged for the children. There is also a communal terrace and a bar serving coffee, water, ice cream and cake and an Italian breakfast, that is a discreet selection with emphasis on cakes and sweet products. Situated only approx. 600 metres from the beach and approx. 1.3 km to the train station, this is an ideal destination for those who prioritize a spacious apartment that is modern with simple furnishings, and a place where much care has been added by the owner. On the other hand the pool is quite small and the place doesn't offer a great view since it is surrounded by other buildings and is right next to the communal parking area. Finally, there are few apartments with a balcony or terrace.
