You can take advantage of free parking for guests (which is a rarity in the town centres of the Le Cinque Terre), a garden and a communal sun terrace. At around 300 metres above sea level, the air can be a little more refreshing here than in the town centre.
The hotel is strategically located for excursions to the beautiful Le Cinque Terre National Park with just 2 ½ km down to Manarola. The bus runs approx. once an hour from here. Otherwise, you can visit the small community of Volastra with 110 inhabitants, located just 200 metres from the hotel where you will find a small grocery store and a restaurant Gli Ulivi.

Upon entering the hotel, you will find a small reception and a bar serving ice cream and refreshments. There is a sofa and a fireplace where you can rest after perhaps enjoying one of the scenic walks in the area. There is also a breakfast room where a buffet is served in the mornings.
The seven double rooms have been named after the towns of Le Cinque Terre, namely:- Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore and the two nearby villages Volastra and Groppo) and are on the ground or 1st floor. They are spacious and feature a work desk, satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box and a large bathroom with a toilet, hairdryer and a shower. They don't have sea views despite the proximity to the sea. Three of the rooms can accommodate an extra bed and one has room for two extra beds.
Very beautiful, nice villages with lots of restaurants, several places from which to go bathing, great transport connections and lots of visitors.
Antonella who runs the hotel is fantastic. You feel very welcome. It's incredibly nice and clean.
The hotel is located by a road, but it's still peaceful, and it's a big advantage, that there aren't any tourists.
There's 2 good and cosy restaurants in the town.
It's very easy to hike from the town.
We had a lovely stay on Saraceno. We were immediately welcomed by Antonella, who opened the port to the garage, where the car could be parked for the next couple of days. We hiked for 2 days after Antonellas advice about the paths and we got a small map. There are so amazing views, but of course very hilly paths. It is hard but worth the trouble. We visited all 5 towns. On food, with train and with boat. They are very special, but small. The 3 days we stayed, felt very appropriate for us. The hotel is very clean and pretty. It lies well for hiking trips. We would definitely recommend the hotel for a short holiday stay.
We have experienced a really fine service all the way through, right from the ordering of the hotel, to the handling of questions, we got a quick indication of our reservation, payment and reminder of end payment.
Wonderful reception by Antonella, who was SUPER helpful with all of our questions.
It was nice to be able to park the car in the basement.
The hotel is small and cosy and clean and nice and a good mood. If we had questions, Antonella would instantly answer them.
And the placement in the small village, Volastra - a good basis for hiking trips in the wonderful nature.
