The apartment Terrazza Sessanta gives families or a small group of friends of seven people the opportunity to stay together in coveted Monterosso in Cinque Terre. The amenities include a private terrace with sea views and approx. 50 metres away is the sandy beach, restaurants and shops while the railway station is approx. 350 metres away.
One can either arrive here by public transport, or you can arrive by car and park in the private garage belonging to the apartment (in the same building) - which in Monterosso is a rare luxury. Either way, you will not need your car during your stay, whether you want to hike between the villages of Cinque Terre, laze on Monterosso beach or visit other nearby towns, or maybe go for day trips to Pisa or Lucca. Everything works best on foot or by train in this area. Note that the garage can accommodate a standard car - not larger vehicles like mini buses etc. Larger vehicles will need to find parking in the spaces approx. 100 yards away for a payment.

The apartment is located in the district of Fegina where the town's train station is also located. Fegina is connected with the old town centro storico through a pedestrian tunnel, located approx. 350 metres away. The property which houses the apartment is located in the first row from the sea. The apartment is on the 3rd floor - and there is no elevator but there is a garage space on the ground level.
The apartment is approx. 85 m² and is divided into two levels. The ground level consists of a large living room with a dining area for 7 people, a kitchenette (with a refrigerator and an electric oven) and a double sofa bed. In addition, on the same floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and views of the sea and a bathroom with a toilet and bath. Above (attic with sloping walls) there is a bedroom for two people and a section with a single bed. There is also another bathroom with a toilet and shower. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but there is free Wi-Fi connection, TV with Italian channels. The apartment opens onto a furnished terrace with sea views. Here you can seat around. 6 people and dine.
We were a family of 7 people who stayed 4 night in the apartment, and we are very satisfied. The apartment has good room and two bathrooms. The interior is a little used, but everything was clean. The kitchen is a little small, but OK for cooking breakfast and for small meals. No washing machine. Lies close to the train station.
