Residence Oleandro is set in a lovely quiet neighbourhood approx. 900 m from the beach and the centre of Pietra Ligure.
There is a reception (open from 09:00 till 12:00 and from 16:00 till 19:00), bar and lounge, playground, garden and car park with space allocated for one car per apartment. In the garden, on the other side of the road, there is a swimming pool 15 x 7 m and table tennis. There is also a launderette on site, which costs extra.

The apartments all have telephone, safe and terrace or balcony with table, two chairs and two sun loungers.
Additional garden furniture is available for hire on site.
