The villa is situated in the beautiful area of Punta Mesco approx. 3 km from Levanto, where there is a beach, railway station and shops. The villa has stunning views over the entire bay and it is built along one of the paths of 'Le Cinque Terre'. It is about 50 m from the villa to the road where you can park your car. Note that to arrive at the villa there is a steep and dark path so we advise you to bring a torch. Also this is not a suitable choice for people with disabilities.
The house has two apartments, Sunset and Aurora. It is a good choice for those looking for a beautiful landscape, a terrace and a quiet environment, and at the same time for people wanting to stay a little outside the town. The apartments have a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, satellite TV and a terrace / balcony. The furnishing are cosy and both apartments are equipped with heaters for the cooler months. The communal swimming pool is in front of the house.

Apartment Aurora - 3 bedrooms, sleeps 5
The apartment Aurora is on two floors and located on a slope so you have access to the garden from both floors. The top floor has a small living room leading out to an outdoor terrace with a sea view, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a jacuzzi, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Apartment Sunset - 3 bedrooms, sleeps 5
Sunset is west facing and spread over two floors and another small building. On the ground floor is a living room with a single sofa bed plus a kitchenette and dishwasher. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with single bed and a small balcony, a bathroom with shower and toilet. At the side of the entrance there is a small annex with a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom
Please note that if you order a car parking space, it will be in Levanto and not in the immediate vicinity of the house. A beach umbrella and two sun beds can be ordered on the beach at Bagni Casinò which also allows access to the swimming pool for the price.
