Hotel Acqua Novella is approx. 700 m from the charming Spotorno centre and less than 150 m from the sea and the beach. The hotel has recently been renovated and enjoys a spectacular location with views over the sea. It has a reception, bar, elevator, restaurant and outdoor elevator taking the guests right down to the promenade by the sea and the beach.
There is a 120 m² swimming pool on site with a depth from 3 to 140 cm. It is open from middle of April – weather permitting – till the end of September/beginning of October. The guests are also free to use the hotel's private beach which has sun umbrellas and sun loungers from Easter until the end of the season. The hotel parking is free to guests as long as space is available. At extra cost you can use the fitness room, hydro massage, Turkish bath and massage. Tennis courts are located 200 m away.

Breakfast is served buffet-style. Lunch and dinner have waiter service and guests can choose between three different main courses and a buffet with starters, salad and deserts. The standard bedrooms are approx. 16/18 m² and come with or without balcony. The de luxe bedrooms are bigger (approx. 28 m²) and have a large terrace, approx. 30 m².
All 40 bedrooms are equipped with telephone, mini bar, satellite TV, safe deposit box, air conditioning and bathroom with toilet and shower or bath tub plus hair dryer.
