Set in 6 hectares of land near the shore of Lake Garda is this lovely hotel which has been in the Cipani family for years. It has a nice swimming pool (27 x 9 metres) with a terrace overlooking the lake, a beauty centre and a communal barbeque area for guests.
Hotel Villa Florida is located in Gardone Riviera on the hillside along the road that runs around the lake. The view from here of the lake and the Sirmione peninsula is magnificent. You can be on the pake beach in just a few minutes since it is only 150 metres from the hotel.
Family run and scenic
The hotel and the land have been owned and run by the Cipani family for decades. It is set in 6 hectares of land covered by olive trees whose fruits produce traditional olive oil and many types of plant and fruit trees are also grown on the land. The climate at the lake is extremely mild and the houses are protected by the trees in the colder seasons. In addition to the useful plants, there are also many beautiful flowers such as bourgainvillea, oleander and geraniums.

Enjoy the view from the pool across the lake
The hotel has a lovely swimming pool (27 x 9 metres) with a terrace overlooking the lake, a beauty centre with a sauna and massage services, a communal barbeque area for guests and a large chess set in the garden. There is also a reception, parking and a laundry with a washing machine. It is also possible to order breakfast to be served in your apartment in the morning. In the evening you can prepare your own food in the apartments or eat in one of the nearby restaurants (the reception staff will happily reserve a table for you).
Apartments
The apartments are all comfortably furnished and all have a telephone, satellite TV, a safety deposit box and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Although there are some apartments that can accommodate up to four people, it is our opinion that this place is more suited to couples than families with children.

These apartments are approx. 37 m² and are located by the pool with a nice view of the lake. The ceiling is painted by hand with different designs, the furniture is brand new and very nice. The apartments consist of a living room with a kitchenette (with a dishwasher and microwave) - if you want to use the kitchen there is a surcharge. There is a dining table and a sofa, a sleeping area with a double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with a toilet and Jacuzzi shower and toilet.
