Our families that come here just love it largely because of the open space and the pool for the children to play in, and the proximity to everything.
This beautiful country house with 9 well-appointed apartments is just 500 metres from Gravedona's cosy centre with a seafront promenade, restaurants and shops, and just a short walk (200 m) from the shores of Lake Como with a private lake-side beach. There is plenty of space inside and out, and all the apartments have either a terrace or a garden. It is located on a lowland area with high mountains on all sides, so this means that there are large open spaces with great views but no actual lake view, despite the shore being only 200 metres away. The country house does not produce food but there are livestock (sheep, cows and donkeys). The animals are not in contact with the guests. All apartments face the same direction, i.e. towards the north-east, which means that they all have a lot of morning sun. The apartments on the 1st floor have the biggest outdoor space since they have a terrace and a garden, while the apartments on the 2nd floor have a spacious terrace and a glimpse of the sea through the green vegetation.

Really beautiful, clean property, bedroom with useful air condition, fantastic pool - not far to the lake either. Owner does not speak German, but it is possible to understand each other with a simple English vocabulary, the other guests were from D, NL, DK, CH. Gravedona is not an overpopulated place, ideal for short trips, the available bikes aren't the best, but they are fine for a trip. They are also in all sizes and they even have a child safety seat. There is a grill available and a very lovely shared area.. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place or even come back ourselves.
