In addition to offering accommodation and producing wine, honey, jams etc, it is also a site where people with disabilities come to learn skills such as gardening and cooking and to rehabilitate in a natural and healthy setting. You can choose B & B in a room or an apartment.
The site produces a long list of delicious specialities which you can sample including honey, jams, olive oil, cookies and wine (DOC Franciacorta & Brut). You can buy any of these products from the little shop on the site La Bottega di Clara Bella. Breakfast consists largely of homemade products (breakfast is included in the price for both rooms and apartments). The farm is a cosy setting with chickens and ducks around and a nice little playground for young children, and a small lake with a jetty.

The farm is in a quiet and undisturbed spot just approx. 3 km from Iseo town and approx. 1 km from the town of Clusane on Lake Iseo's shore. The area is full of vineyards, and nearby is a small industrial estate which cannot be seen from the farm, as it is surrounded by fields. The site is ideally located for trips around the entire Franciacorta Wine Region and Lake Iseo. You can use bikes for free and take the path down to the lake shore on two wheels.
Inside there is a reception and a large hall, where there is also a reading corner at your disposal so you can find a quiet corner with a good book. There is also a lift. The garden is as green and spacious as you see in the pictures so imagine all the space that you have outside to roam and relax in!
Double Rooms
- There are two double rooms (i.e. without kitchenette ) which both have an outdoor area (one has a terrace and the second has a balcony) , air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a toilet and shower. In both rooms there is the possibility to add an extra bed.
Studio Apartment with loft - sleeps 3 + 1 (with balcony / terrace)
- There are three spacious apartments of this type. The apartments have either a terrace or balcony, a kitchenette (with electric kettle & fridge), a dining area, a double bed (loft), a double sofa bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
1 bedroom apartment - sleeps 6 (with balcony)
- There is only one apartment of this type. The apartment is spacious and has a balcony. There is a living room with a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a kitchenette (with fridge / freezer, microwave), a dining area and a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed. The apartment has air conditioning, wi-fi and two full bathrooms with toilet and shower in one and a bath in the other. This apartment is a little more expensive than the two-bedroom apartment because it is more modernized and has a nice view of the park .
2 bedroom apartment - sleeps 7 (with terrace)
- There is only one apartment of this type. The apartment has a terrace, a kitchenette (with electric kettle, fridge), a dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, air conditioning, wi-fi and two full bathrooms with toilet and shower.
