The room was as promised and the view was super. The hotel was fine by itself, but the staff left something to be wanted and the food was some of the worst I have ever had served in my entire life. That it is even possible to make such bad food with such good raw materials is beyond me. The service from In-Italia, on the other hand, was very good. Very helpful with ordering and paying, etc.
