The hotel is next to the more famous Hotel Cristina, with which it shares a reception. The rooms are spacious enough, however, the hotel is more geared toward adults. We recommend that you arrive here by car, but the hotel does offer a mini bus service to the centre of Limone several times a day - for a fee - alternatively, you can reach the lake in around half an hour on foot.
Here you stay on a hill above Lake Garda and are surrounded by a lush park with Mediterranean vegetation and tropical plants. You can relax in the indoor pool and outdoor pool area with a sun terrace with a bar serving light snacks. Every night there is music and dancing on the terrace. The hotel also has parking and a garage.

Here you can enjoy a buffet style breakfast with both Italian choices and northern European products. The hotel has three restaurants where you can enjoy your meals; a snack bar at the pool, the main restaurant San Pietro with a self-service buffet if you choose the half-board option, and even a restaurant that does not have fixed opening days, but if you fancy a bit more fun, you can try it. It's called Panorama and has table service and an a la carte menu.
The hotel's 89 rooms are characterized by the fact that they were designed and built in the early 00's. This takes into account that guests want a balcony or terrace with lake views and the bathrooms have windows. The only thing you will miss is Wi-Fi in the rooms, otherwise you will find this service in the common areas. All rooms have air conditioning (controlled centrally during the hottest periods in accordance with management's decision), satellite TV, a safety deposit box, a telephone, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower or bath and hairdryer, a mini-bar and the opportunity to make your own coffee or tea.
Read about the rooms at Hotel San Pietro
We were at San Pietro for 11 nights total, and were very satisfied with our stay, food and surroundings were quite fine, and the rooms were clean and nice. The pools were clean and nice as well, and the areas around were well kept and beautifully decorated.
The staff was kind and helpful, the food was good and well made, a bit bad that the cleaner in the kitchen wasn't as lucky with all of the porcelain, and even though the pools were clean, they could've cleaned them a bit more often, and there was no TV channels for the kids, but those are small, petty things that didn't ruin our holiday.
We can definitely recommend San Pietro and will definitely like to come back.
I do wonder why the dinner closes at 20.30. After this it is only possible to order a toast. I mean, in the heat it is not before around 21, when it is a bit colder, that you want to eat.
