We have returned recently from a week's holiday at the Hotel Splendid Palace in Limone.
Despite a number of attempts we were unable to contact the hotel directly. Your website offered the most direct, simple and one of the few other ways to book independently of a package tour. We were unsure about the advisability of booking through a Danich company when we live in the UK but proceeded anway.
The booking and payment via your website was straightforward. The required documentation arrived very rapidly and your staff replied promptly to our enquiries in excellent English. Moreover, the rates you charged for the hotel were much less than those quoted on the hotel's own website.
We had a most enjoyable stay at the hotel, which exceeded our expectations (Italian hotels can be very variable). We even received a welcome FAX from your local agent.
Everything worked as predicted and we would unreservedly reccomend your services to anyone. In fact, we have already past your website address round to friends.
