The hotel is located just at 150 meters from the ski lift “ Teola-Pianoni Bassi”, connecting with the Mottolino ski area. The centre of Livigno is located at 1.5 km from the hotel. The ski shuttle bus stops directly outside the hotel, it stops at all the ski lifts, town center, cross-country slopes and is free of charge! The shuttle service also operates in summer.
The village of Livigno is a tax-free village located at an elevation of 1800 meters You can find a decent number of boutiques focusing on sport, fashion, tobacco and perfume, so if you like shopping, you came to the right spot.

Livigno offers a large range of ski pistes with more than 115 km of slopes and 33 ski lifts. You can always ski in the sun, as both sides of the villages offers slopes, unfortunately not connected by ski lifts, only with ski busses. The highest pistes are located at 2796 meters, provide decent snow security in season. Livigno is a good place for nearly all levels, especially novices and beginners. In summer, Livigno offers to all its visitors more than 600 Km of walking trails or bike trails. You can embark by yourself or just choose to go with a guide.

The restaurant offers a large cosy restaurant serving the regional and international cuisine. The bar is open from the morning, so if you would like to have your morning cappuccino, the bar man is pleased to make you one. There is a games room for children and animation for about any age, depending on the season. The large garden features a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the scent of nature and panoramic view down on Livigno.
The ski room, during the winter, is available for all our guests and has heated lockers. In summer there is a bike deposit equipped for repairs and rental.
All guests have access to the indoor swimming pool and little wellness center with sauna, whirlpool and Turkish bath. For the ones who like to pamper themselves after a day on the slopes, there are body treatments as well as different massages. Should you need ski lessons, no problem, as the hotel offers a desk from where you can book the lessons. WiFi connection is found in the public places and if you come by car, you can easily park at the back of the hotel.
