Tax free paradise
Livigno is a tax-free village located at an elevation of 1800 meters close to the Swiss border. Although the village is quite stretched, (5km) the atmosphere remains cosy, due to the various restaurants, bars and boutiques. If you are a fan of shopping, you are at the right place as there are many, sport, fashion, tobacco and perfume shops. Livigno offers quite a large ski area with more than 115 km of slopes and 33 ski lifts. On both sides of the villages you find slopes, unfortunately not connected by ski lifts yet with ski busses. The highes slopes are located at 2796 meters, providing decent snow security in season. Livigno is a good place for nearly all levels, especially novices and beginners. For the real experienced hard core skiers or snow boarders there is less challenge except off piste.
Livigno is a great place in summer for hikers with great trails as well as for cyclists.

Family run
The hotel is family run and as arrive you can feel the personal hospitality and the warm welcome. The hotel features a good location close to the center at 300 meters from the nearest ski lift. At the end of the day, there is no need to drag your snow gear around, as you can basically ski all the way to the hotel.

It facilitates luxury services as a large wellness with heated indoor pool, bio sauna, Turkish bath and various treatments and massages. Chef Fabio offers lovely Mediterranean and international dishes in the à la carte restaurant and if you prefer half board, the second restaurant offers a lovely buffet. Don’t forget to check out the wine cellar, as they offer great wines from the area as well as international wines. After your diner you can move to the cigar lounge to have a whiskey or a digestive.
During the day the bar man is happy to serve you a refreshment or light snack outside on the terrace or in the bar area inside the hotel. Of course you can find services as free WiFi, ski gear storage room and in summer you rent bikes at reception.

The hotel features 65 spacious and warm decorated rooms. All rooms have a balcony with a view of the snow-capped peaks surrounding the Livigno valley. Furthermore they all have sat TV, WiFi connection, safe for your laptop, minibar and a sitting corner. The bathroom features a shower, hairdryer and complementary toiletries.
