The hotel was quite okay, but it is also quite annoying that they have poor English skills in the reception. We had to ask some other people working next door to get to know where we could park (there is no hotel parking). We also asked about some other things regarding the ZTL zone but they really did not understand us. So we gave up.
The breakfast buffet was super, with a great selection but mostly sweet things.
Perfect location close to the central station and not far away from the city centre.
