The residence is located right down by the lake shore and not far from the charming town of Padenghe sul del Garda on the western shore of the beautiful lake. You will find the nearest shops and restaurants around 1 km from the residence.
Residence Gardazzurro consists of 85 apartments, 25 of which are rented out. The place is just off the main road between Desenzano and Salò, but this does not mean that you are bothered by traffic during his stay as a large garden of 45,000 m² separates the apartments from the road and the car park. In addition, all apartments face away from the road and towards the lake - however, they don't have lake views.

In addition to the large car park and reception, you have access to the garden, which is divided into several levels where you will find a pool (length 40 m) with water massage, a sun terrace, a children's pool, 2 tennis courts (fees apply) and a playground. So there are plenty of activities for the whole family. From the garden there is access to the lake promenade that runs all the way into the centre of Desenzano Del Garda with restaurants, and where it is also possible to rent pedal boats. Wi-Fi is only available in reception, but on the other hand, it is free to use.
The apartments are all decorated differently - depending on the individual owner's tastes. They all have air conditioning, a television and an outdoor area (garden or patio) with a table and chairs, a kitchen with an oven, electric kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. Upon arrival you will receive a free welcome pack with some necessities, so you have a few essentials such as toilet paper, soap, and mineral water.
