Pozzolengo is one of the quaint towns located in the area of Colline Moreniche, just a few kilometres south of Lake Garda. The area is rich in natural beauty with endless rolling hills and vineyards and agricultural land.
The area of Le Colline Moreniche is still relatively unknown to most people - which is a shame, because this is an absolutely beautiful area and you will find many exciting medieval villages and accommodation venues. Even the restaurants are high class, whether it is local cuisine or Michelin restaurants that you seek.
Pozzolengo is located about 5 km from the highway exit for Sirmione and is therefore an ideal starting point for excursions in the area and there are even old castle ruins that one can visit. We also recommend, in addition to trips to Lake Garda's understated Mantova, trips to Verona, Valpolicella, Venice and all the cultural villages around the area.
