This beautiful gentry villa is located in exotic surroundings with palm trees and olive groves. Behind the villa and the fragrant rose-garden is an inviting swimming pool with a jacuzzi corner and umbrellas / sun beds and views to the lake.
The hotel is nicely situated at the lake but a little set back from the coastal road. Here you have many nice spots to enjoy outside including the patio in front of the hotel - a perfect place to read a book or take a nap. Note that at times the local train can be heard from the pool area. The hotel has a jetty at the lake if you are arriving by boat. The distance to the ferry port, the station and the centre of Sale Marasino is about 500 metres so you are close to everything.

Inside you will find a reception, a bar, a breakfast (breakfast is buffet style) lounge and a reading room with views to Lake Iseo and Monte Isola. There are also other convenient amenities like internet points + wi-fi, an elevator and parking or garage with 15 spaces. In addition, the hotel provides city bikes available to guests - a bike ride along the lake is in fact the absolute best way to experience it.
Next to the hotel with a separate entrance but in the same building is the restaurant Ristorante L' Uliveto, which has recently been renovated and modernized throughout. The atmosphere is good and the food equally as good. Half-board comprises two courses plus a dessert and during the warmer months you can enjoy eating outside on the restaurant's terrace. The restaurant also has gluten-free menu to choose from.

Double Magnolia Lake view
- These six rooms all have air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV (LCD), LAN, a safety deposit box, a mini-bar, a work desk and a bathroom with a toilet, hair dryer and shower / bath. These rooms have a lake view (somewhat limited by the trees in the front yard ). An extra bed is possible. The rooms Magnolia and Ninfee are connected so they can be used as Family Suites for four people. The price is for the two rooms together.
Note that between 13/8 to 16/8 only bookings with half-board are accepted
We have stayed several times at the Villa Kinzica as a guest. We have always loved it. Even when it was only for one night!
