Residence Tiglio consists of about 100 apartments and is located in a gated community about 6 km from the centre of Sirmione. Lake Garda is even closer, it is merely about 1.5 from here
Beach is within 1.5 km
You can easily get to a lake beach here and just 1.5 km from the site is the nearest. Residence Tiglio is family owned, and the couple who run it, are respectively German and Italian. The site also acts as a camping site, and is therefore particularly suitable for families with children.

The pool and many other amenities
You'll find a large pool (25 x 14 meters) for both children and adults on site (swimming cap compulsory) with sun loungers and parasols where you can relax in the sun or the shade. The pool is situated close to the main road, and you can hear the cars passing. However, there are high trees to ensure that nobody can see you from the road. You'll also find a supermarket, bar, restaurant / pizzeria, playground, reception and enough parking for everyone.
Simple apartments
The apartments are situated in terraced houses either on the ground floor or 1st floor and have air conditioning and a microwave. All apartments have spartan furnishings and appear a bit worn. However, all outdoor facilities are in order.
The apartments at Residence Tiglio
The apartments are approximately 40 m² consists of a living room with two single sofa beds, a dining area, a kitchenette with two hotplates, a TV, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. All apartments come with a wide balcony or terrace with a garden table and chairs.
