You'll find San Rocco just 3 km from the shore of Lake Garda in a hilly and picturesque setting with lovely views over the lake. On a clear day you can see all the way to Garda on the other side of the lake and Sirmione is just below.
Restaurant and pool with panoramic views
In addition to the fresh air, the picturesque landscape and lake view, Residence San Rocco offers a large swimming pool (20 x 10 metres) where all the family can relax, play and sunbathe. Soiano del Lago is just around the corner with numerous shops and restaurants, although it is a small town. Other facilities on site include Wi-Fi, a restaurant, a bar, a panoramic terrace, a garden, an olive grove and private covered parking (for a fee) and bicycle rental.

Try the olive oil
San Rocco proudly produce their own olive oil - extra virgin DOP Grada Bresciano and offer you the chance to take a tour of production and sample the oil. It is approx. 2 km from Soiano del Lago, and then there is Desenzano just a little bit further with a greater choice of shops and restaurants. Just 200 metres away from San Rocco, you will find a small bakery and grocery store where you can stock up on supplies.
Excursions
When you are based here on the south west corner of the Lake, it is a great starting point from which to tour the lake and visit many places of interest.The highway that leads from Venice in the east and Milan in the west passes south of the lake and provides a good opportunity to visit these cities also. It will also take you to Lake Iseo in the Franciacorta wine district, and Bergamo. Romantic Verona with its world famous arena and the Valipolicella wine district with Amarone wines are also a short drive away. Lake Garda itself of course offers a wealth of small and interesting towns, mountains and nature.
