Stezzano is a small commune of about 10,000 inhabitants located in the Po Valley about 6 km from Bergamo. The city's Roman origin is not very much visable unless you visit the archaeological findings, located in Bergamo Archaeological Museum. It can otherwise also recommended to stop by some of the beautiful villas that were erected between the 16th and 19th centuries: the neoclassical Villa Moroni and Villa Caroli Zanchi, located along the main road SS42, respectively, in the city center and south of the city. Then the city Hall and Villa Morlani, located in the historic center and surrounded by a beautiful garden.
