The Residence is not far from the enchanting sandy beach of the Arco Naturale and approximately 2.5 km from Palinuro town centre.
Depending to the time of year the restaurant is either in the Queen's room, the Grill or the Lemon plantation with its wonderful views over Bellagio. The hotel comes with has a reading room, billiard, bar, terrace and à la carte restaurant.

Additionally, there are 3 swimming pools, one these is heated. Another pool is brand new and built on a large sun terrace at the lake shore. Here they have sought to create the illusion of an exotic sandy beach with deck chairs, dreaming away with the most picturesque landscape.
The hotel dates back from 1910 and is renovated several times. It is well maintained has a very charming Art Nouveau style with original furniture. The 96 rooms are a mix of old and new style, though, spacious and comfortable.

- De Luxe rooms are located in the palace corners with a 180 degree view through the room's windows. From the balcony you have great views of the lake, Balbianello and Bellagio.
- Presidential and Royal Suites is located in the mansion and consists of living room and bedrooms. Both are very warmly furnished with antiquarian furniture. Presidential suite has a balcony, while the Royal suite has a terrace. Both overlooking the lake and Bellagio.
