Your children will love it, but so will you! You can relax on the large sun terraces whilst enjoying the beautiful green views, and you will be within walking distance to the centre of the village of Pieve making it easy and convenient to get around on foot.
You can take advantage of many fine facilities whilst staying here at Residence delle Rose including the children's playground for the little ones, a football field, a volleyball court and seven tennis courts (fees apply), and a sauna, so there is ample opportunity to both relax and play! The big draw is the large pool which has sun loungers, parasols and a section with ca hildren's pool at one end. There is also a laundry service on site - you hand over your laundry and pick it up later for a surcharge.

With all the activities and the close proximity of the village of Pieve Del Garda, you can easily not have to use your car when you stay here. The centre of the village is just 300 metres away and whilst it's not the biggest centre, it is cosy and nice. It is car free and has two piazzas and the atmosphere is authentic. You will find a supermarket, shops, restaurants and panoramic vantage points either from the church or the restaurant Miralago. The nearest grocery store is just 50 metres from the Residence and there is also a bus stop here from where you can take a bus down to the lake or to visit neighbouring villages. You can however take the car and enjoy a tour around the lake at your own pace stopping off at the beautiful towns of Limone (10 km), and Riva del Garda (20 km). There is a road that connects the Residence with the other villages in the area but it is not the main road that runs around the lake. There is free parking on site.
You can easily eat without having to start the car also since you can choose either one of the dining venues within walking distance of Pieve - or, perhaps even more obvious in the pizzeria on site. Here you can choose to sit either inside or outside under the canopy or in the open. We have tried the pizza ourselves and are happy to endorse it. The restaurant is open to both guests and outsiders, so the atmosphere is cosy and sometimes lively. Once a week during the summer months there is even a little festivity often with dancing and singing. It makes the holidays extra colourful, however the apartments are some distance from the restaurant if you don't want to take part.
To make your life even easier whilst on holiday, there is a bread delivery service right to your door! You just need to order it the day before, and when you wake up ready for breakfast, it will be waiting for you!

Fine food at reasonable prices, OK staff, bad room, which smelled of moist.
Don't book room/apartment nr. 12, there is no sun on the terrace or in the apartment because of the mountains and the location to the north. To some surprise the internet worked fine.
