Fattoria Valdarecchia is located on the mountain slopes above the charming village of Apecchio where you will find various shops and a range of good restaurants.
The house is set among woodland and green fields, and the terrace and swimming pool enjoy fabulous views over the town and valley. Around Casa Valdarecchia there are some good opportunities for lovely walks in the mountains. If you want to explore the area further, mountain bikes and horses are for hire nearby. There is a large garden and facilities for archery.

The house was restored in 2001 and is comfortably furnished. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, two of which have own entrance from the courtyard. The third bedroom has entrance from the living room, which has a big fireplace. The ground floor also has a large kitchen/dining room.
The first floor has three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, like the ones on the ground floor. All the bedrooms are very spacious and none are walk-through rooms.
Casa Valdarecchia can be recommended to a (very) large family or small groups who want to spend a relaxed holiday together in beautiful surroundings away from other tourists.
