Amidst Marches green hills and Metauro River is a collection of apartments and rooms that make up a small village. You can appreciate the green surroundings as far as the eye can see, not to mention the historic and romantic atmosphere.
This is not a large, newly built resort, but a lovingly restored medieval fortress, whose newly refurbished, modern rooms and apartments provide the perfect setting for your romantic, comfortable and relaxing holiday.
Here in this 13th Century fortress is Casa Oliva. A type of fortress wall surrounds the village, where there are some permanent residents that reside all year round. In the middle of the village is the small church of Santa Apollonia.

Since the fortress was built up high for defensive reasons, nowadays you can simply enjoy the impressive view without worrying about invading enemies. Today we are not expecting any invasions, quite the opposite in-fact, it couldn't be more tranquil! Casa Oliva comprises a total of 15 rooms and 8 one- bedroom apartments.
Double room:
- The rooms can accommodate up to three people. They all have a telephone, TV, mini-bar and air conditioning. The decor is tasteful and modern.
1 bedroom apartment - sleeps 4 +1:
- The apartments are on two floors and have a private entrance. The ground floor has a living room with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen corner, while the first floor houses the master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartments can accommodate up to four people, with the possibility of an extra bed, and they all have air conditioning.
If you choose to dine at the restaurant, you can sit either inside and outside - weather permitting, and enjoy your meal or a glass of wine. The wellness centre is available on request and for an additional fee.
Nice location. Great pool, that was just suitable after a long run. Not many kitchen facilities and the sheets for the bed was not optimal. The apartment is dark and no terrace.
