The place is just about 2 km from the neighbouring town of Rosora, that has many beautiful examples of Romanesque churches.

The newly built country house is within comfortable driving distance to cultural cities, the beautiful Adriatic beaches and other interesting destinations. The house's design follows the local building traditions of design and material.

At Casale Il Tiglio you also have the opportunity to taste the local cuisine. In their restaurant, they serve as a tasty two-course meal for a very reasonable price. If you'd prefer to dine in your apartment, then the same menu is available as a take-away for a slightly lower price.

Sun or shade? The choice is yours
Breakfast can be taken in the beautiful gazebo in the yard or under the full sun, whilst you look out over the impressive surrounding landscape. There are also BBQ's available to use in the garden if you wish to cook al fresco. It is possible to use a telephone and the internet in the reception hall.
Peace and quiet
Casale Il Tiglio has just five apartments (distributed on the ground floor and first floor), which preserves the peace and intimacy of the place. There is a communal laundry.
1 bedroom apartment - sleeps 2 + 2:
- There are four of this type of apartment and two of them are located in the original building: the one on the first floor with normal windows and the other two on the ground floor with small windows. While the last is on the ground level of the new yellow extension. They all have a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (with four ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment) and a double bedroom. There are 2 extra beds that can be used in the living room. (recommended for two children - not two adults). Apartments also have a fan, the possibility of heating in winter, TV and a mini-bar (no air conditioning).
2 bedroom apartment - sleeps 4 + 2 Sleeps:
- There is only one of this type of apartment (1st floor). It has a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (with four ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment), a double bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds. There are two extra beds in the living room. It has a fan, the possibility of heating in winter, a TV and a mini-bar (no air conditioning).
