In-fact it is perched on a hilltop with the best possible views over the hillside. Despite not being that far from the coast, you can't actually see the sea from here, but that's not a problem as you can be on the beach in less than ten minutes by car. Cupra Marina and its beaches are worth a trip.
La Campana has developed into a beautiful agriturismo with the conversion of the old farmhouses into rooms. They added the wonderful swimming pool in a great spot in the garden with the best view which really enhances the place. They then added a restaurant in the building closest to the pool and they pride themselves on serving many of Marche's local specialities.

As well as the beautiful swimming pool, there are many other things to do here. You will find a tennis court and a playground for children who otherwise can run free and play in the spacious grounds. If you want to enjoy the scenery on two wheels, there is also the possibility of a bike hire service. The farm produces olive oil, nuts and fruit, which is also used to make jams. The owner's daughter specializes in textiles and if you are interested there, are courses in the use of natural colours for fabric dyeing.
The rooms are all slightly different from each other as they are housed in the old farmhouse buildings and thus were arranged according to the space and structures available. Common to them all is that they are equipped with a refrigerator, a TV and a private bathroom with a toilet and a shower or bath. Each room features a private outdoor area, sometimes covered, and always furnished with a table and chairs.
We really enjoyed our stay at La Campana. The room we had (with a small, separate terrace) was spacious and clean, the surroundings were also charming and well kept and the view was amazing. All contributed to a making our stay amazing! Our only problem was that, we like eating where live, but the selection wasn't enough for a weeks stay. The breakfast was fine. The place works like a "collective", where multiple families live and work. Everything was marked by the happiness and pride, everyone felt for the place.
