Hotel Valcastagno named after the typical local flora. Its name means "the house in the chestnut valley". The farmhouse is built in the grounds belonging to the aristocratic family Nembrini Gonzagas.
It enjoys a fabulous setting in the Conero Nature Reserve with picture postcard panoramic views and gorgeous beaches between the dramatic white cliffs. The excellent Rosso Conero wine is produced on the farm and also very high quality olive oil. The beach is only 2.5 km away and here it is possible to use the public beach, or to enjoy the sun umbrellas and loungers available at a price on the pay beach.

Facilities for horse riding and sailing as well as the Conero Golf Club's 27-hole course, swimming pool and tennis court are only a few minutes away by car. Trekking enthusiasts will enjoy walking along the paths on Mount Conero.
Every day during the summer season tours are arranged from the farm by rubber dinghy to the most gorgeous beaches along the Conero coastline and to the characteristic cliffs called "le due sorelle" (the two sisters). Tour price is 8 euros per person and the tour lasts about 3-4 hours. Ask about times on site.
