Most of the rooms in fact have an amazing view over the valley and the hilly landscape that surrounds the town. The town's fine cathedral is opposite the hotel, as it the Museum Villa Colloredo where the famous painting Annuciation by Renaissance artist Lorenzo Lotto hangs.
The hotel is housed in a beautiful building dating from the 16th Century and everything has been tastefully renovated. The furnishings and decoration present an elegant and charming setting. The friendly and welcoming staff at reception offer a good service and the reception is open 24 hours a day. There is also wireless internet in public areas (works also in most of the rooms) and a lift. After a walk in the town, you can relax in the hotel's small atrium, decorated with nice lounge furniture. There is private parking or a garage attached if you arrive by car. The garage must be ordered in advance. The hotel also offers a shuttle service from the airport or train station for a fee. It is located in the environmental pedestrian zone, but as a guest at the hotel you are allowed to drive up to the hotel.

The hotel’s elegant bar Cafè Opera offers you a fine setting in which to enjoy a glass of chilled white wine or a fancy cocktail. The name Café Opera was chosen in honour of the famous opera singer Beniamino Gigli, who grew up in Recanati. Cosy Jazz nights are held here during the summer so you may be there at the right time to enjoy some live music. Breakfast is also available in the cafe and the selection is large and varied including fruit, wholemeal bread, cold cuts, yoghurt, muesli and fruit juices. It is also possible to stay on a half-board basis dining in the hotel’s restaurant.
On the beautiful panoramic common terrace you can gaze across to Recanati and the valley below. The terrace, which is approx. 50 m², is furnished with chairs and umbrellas and is available to guests . Moreover, there is also an outdoor hot tub with heated water at your disposal.
