Nature is here wonderfully varied, you see hills and valleys, vineyards and olive groves, forests and farms all crossed by small roads, with mountains in the background. Wine production with more generations
The family Cocci Grifoni have an aristocratic backgournd and originated from Umbria. The winery has been existing for more than 50 years and is now lead by Marilena Grifoni. From a modest beginning, today they reached a production no fewer than six kinds of red wine, four kinds of white wine, a sparkling wine and a dessert wine In addition they have their excellent cold pressed olive oil, made from hand-picked olives. It is a slow and arduous process, but this is how you get the best olive oil. Each week, this free tasting of the farm's guests, and if you wish, the family will be happy to show you the vineyard
Stay at the winery
In addition to the entire production, that constitute the family's foremost activity, they also have two spacious apartments for rent. These are equipped with modern comforts as air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, coffee maker (filter coffee) and hairdryer. Both are situated on the first floor, and if you have difficulty with stairs, there is also a lift. In the garden you will find a large terrace with table and chairs for each apartment and a small pool, which in peak season is heated by solar panels.

The Montepulciano apartment is also dedicated to a grape variety. The apartment has a 47 m² surface area and is located to the south-east on the first floor. It consists of living room with kitchenette (two induction plates, one mini-oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment) and balcony with small table and chairs enjoying a mountain view. Furthermore it comprises a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
This apartment is named after the most important of Piceno wines, made with the extraordinary Pecorino grape. The surface area is 68 m² and is located to the north-west on the first floor. It consists of living room with kitchenette (two induction plates, one mini-oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment) balcony with small table and chairs with a mountain view, two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
