It has three double bedrooms with a common panoramic terrace with charming décor, LCD TV, internet and private bathrooms.
Rooms are located in the historic property Belvedere, which owes its name to the breathtaking landscape views - you feel almost as if you can see most of Molise from here. You are far from noisy highways and other unpleasant sounds - only sounds of nature and the chimes of the church bells from the nearest neighbour - the medieval Church can be heard.

In addition to the charming three bedrooms there is access to a furnished panoramic roof terrace from where there is a captivating view over green hills in the mountainous region of Molise. The B & B has no other common areas as such, but guests have full access to the swimming pool and the beautiful garden at the owners house located approx. 7 km away.
Breakfast is served at a coffee shop nearby (about 150 m) named Caffé Letterario. Here you will enjoy a classic Italian breakfast of cappuccino, juice and a croissant. You can order an evening meal at the owners agriturismo Masseria Santa Lucia (approx. 7 km from here).
The three rooms are located respectively on the ground, the 1st and the 2nd floor. They are charmingly furnished with local antiques and all have a nice landscape view. Rooms feature LCD TV (with Italian channels), Internet (ADSL), a bathroom with a toilet, a hair dryer and a shower. There is a possibility of an extra bed.
