The benefits here are clearly the wonderful lake view, the beautiful apartments and access to the swimming pool (depending on season and weather). The only setback is that the site is on the busy coastal road that separates the residence from the lake shore.
The building is relatively new (2005) and includes a reception with a night porter during high season, a TV room, an elevator, a bar, a car park and a garage (fees apply). In addition there is a laundry (fees also apply), a playroom with toys, table tennis and table football. There is free access to the swimming pool at Aquadventure Park but you have to pay a supplement to use the rides water slides and sun loungers.

The 62 apartments are nicely furnished and all have a balcony (either with or without lake view - those with views are situated on the 3rd floor and above). All apartments have air conditioning, internet access, satellite TV, telephone, a safety deposit box, heating and a bathroom with a toilet, hair dryer and shower.
