You have the lake just 300 metres away where there is a lovely beach and the town centre is only 600 metres away. You have a good choice of restaurants, cafes and shops in the centre and the supermarket is even nearer. The holiday centre is modern and welcoming and has a very large pool!
The pool has a large terrace with parasols and sun loungers and a bar. It is Residenza Patrizia's largest outdoor attraction! The 34 metre pool is open from May to September (depending on the weather) and is heated. The basin is partially covered and partially outdoors.

There is a reception (with internet for a fee), a TV room, a garage and a bar. The cosy restaurant "La Riva" finds inspiration from the lake's traditions and its fish dishes, but also serves the more traditional Italian dishes. The restaurant offers outdoor seating, and in the evening you can sit and relax in the bar.
For those who want more a bit more activity, you can enjoy a workout in the fitness centre which is open from 9:30 am until 18:30 (for a fee) with a sauna and Turkish bath. There is also a tennis club just 100 metres away where you can hire courts for a fee.
The apartments are bright, neat and spacious. They are all equipped with a telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning and kitchenettes with microwaves and refrigerators. Although the lake is close to, there is no lake view from the apartments.
