Located in the beautiful Langhe wine district is this charming small bed and breakfast Tenuta 800. It is manage by a young couple - Matteo and Elisabetta who live on site and provide a warm welcome to guests. The scenery from the garden at Tenuta really is something special.
Upon arrival, your eyes are met by views of vineyards and endless vines and splendid scenery all around a narrow valley entry to the B & B. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the garden, with a gazebo, tables, chairs and sun loungers from where you can enjoy the outstanding views. It is possible to organize tastings of local cheese, sausage, salami and wine at neighbouring vineyards. From the house, you can take a trail which meanders through the beautiful Langhe countryside and leads to the Grinzane Cavour Castle. In case you get hungry on this walk, there is a good restaurant on this route where you can stop off to re-fuel!

Matteo and Elisabetta take pride in preparing a tasty and large breakfast bar. Here you can expect to find the usual Italian sweets, but also yogurt, cold cuts, cheeses, homemade jams and quiche in different flavors.
All the rooms are on the ground floor and most of them are located in an annexe to the main house at the side of the swimming pool. The two apartments are located in the main house. The garden is dotted with tables and chairs and areas for quiet relaxation for guests to enjoy. The rooms do not have an allocated table and chairs outside their door as such, but you get to choose, in most cases the ones closest to your door.
Comfort rooms are decorated in a rustic Provencal style. They are equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. They cannot accommodate an extra bed.
-The Junior Suites measure approx. 40 m² and are decorated similarly. They feature a flat-screen satellite TV, a mini-bar, a safety deposit box and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The master bedroom is separated from the small room for children.
Tenuta800 is beautiful situated. however you need a car, because every village or restaurant is too far to walk. When you are looking for rest and a beaufitful surrounding, you are fine with tenuta800.
We will be sure to come back in the future. The breakfast is very very good with all sorts of fruits, yoghurt, etc. Etc.
