Nearby is the Po Nature Reserve Parco Naturale del Fiume Po, beautiful medieval castles, the pretty village of Moncalvo d'Asti and a picturesque hilly landscape with vineyards and forests as far as the eye can see, in an area still considered as 'undiscovered'.

Ca 'Villa Club is an agriturismo - ie. a country house, so as well as offering accommodation they also grow their own products. The specialize in honey and hazelnuts which are said to be typical products of the Piedmont Region and especially the Monferrato district where Ca 'Villa Club is located. Ca 'Villa Club also organizes wine tasting with Piedmontese wines - either on site or at the three nearby wineries Castello di Alessandria, Cantina Iuli and Tenuta la Tenaglia.
You can taste most local dishes at the restaurant among which include 'tajarin' (Piedmontese pasta), rabbit, pheasant, risotto, mushrooms, truffles and cheeses. Depending on the weather, you can dine both indoors and out. If you would like to visit a restaurant nearby you find two restaurants with in 1,5 km.
Among the many activities are one tennis court, one volleyball court, a large swimming pool with panoramic countryside views, a small fitness centre, a wellness centre (massage, Turkish bath and sauna), mountain biking and horseback riding. Some of the activities have surcharges.
- The 9 rooms are spread over two floors in the building and have a mixed modern and rustic design. Each has a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Two of the rooms can accommodate an extra bed. They have deliberately avoided putting televisions in the rooms, and there is no air conditioning, as this historic villa from the 1700's has thick walls which cools the house. But there is satellite TV in the common room and free Wi-Fi. There is one HCP-friendly room as well.
Lovely stay, very beautiful, rural surroundings. Nice welcome. The linen wasn't worthy for a hotel, who charges 180 Euro per night. Avoid using it.
