Villa Bricco dei Cogni is beautifully situated on a vantage point near the small village of Rivalta and the river Tanaro with the charming town of La Morra nearby. The house has views across the valley and the surrounding vineyards.
Peaceful location
Traffic is almost unheard of in these parts, but if you like wine, then you have found the right place! The famous wine town of Alba is just 10 km away and the nearest restaurants are in the town of Verduno, around 1 ½ km from the site.

Relax in the reading room and lounge
The old villa has been completely renovated and classically furnished by the family that presently owns it. Guests stay in the main building and have access to a beautiful living room and a reading room with a fireplace and satellite TV, and a large garden. Breakfast is a buffet served in the elegant dining room and the house overall is very stylish and there are many plants around for decoration.
Roam and contemplate
There are six guest rooms on the first floor with truly exquisite furnishing and comfortable bathrooms. Two of the rooms have extra beds in the loft under the roof and can sleep extra children. However, it should be emphasized that whilst the place invites you to play and roam, it is more appropriate as a place for peace and quiet and a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings. Three of the rooms face towards the town of Verduno, whilst the other three face the vineyards on the otherside. Several of the rooms have balconies.
Relax by the pool
The house overlooks the entire valley with endless views of hills and vineyards. You can bask in the warm rays of the sun, or under a parasol at the lovely swimming pool and enjoy what is best produced in these parts - the wine!
Worth the drive
All in all it is a really nice place with very reasonable prices - and definitely an experience that is worth driving for.
