We stayed in a two storey family apartment (4 people) and was positive surprised. The apartment was nice and new and had all the facilities that we needed. Included two bathrooms, a shower and tub. There were a fantastic view and close to wine yards and the little city of Monforte d'Alba with local life and nice restaurants.
The terrace with the pool is very nice and quite and we didn't feel that our kids made to much noise. There is room for everyone.
The only 'bad' thing was that the beds were quite hard. I'm used to a soft bed, so I was glad that we only stayed here for 4 nights, but my husband was very pleased.
The fitness-room is not worth it.
Both Alba and Montforte has weekly closing day - I think its Mondays in Alba and Tuesdays at Monforte.
Close to many small villages where you can get great local food and wine.
