Stay in the hills and enjoy nature

At Roccaverano you stay in a hilly and lowly populated area of Piemonte, as opposed to Alba, and the crowded wine towns. Here you can enjoy the wonderful feeling of being surrounded by unspoilt nature. It is approx. 3 km to Roccaverano and around 5 km to Mombaldone. The nearest town is Acqui Terme, located approx. 25km away, and otherwise Alba is around 40 km away.

Visit the beaches even

Another advantage of living in this part of Southern Piedmont is that the beaches of the Italian Riviera in Liguria are just about 1 hour drive away (about 60 km), making it easy to combine your stay in the country with a beach trip. Within about 3 km you will find two different eateries (Cascina Ca 'Bianca and Osteria del Bramante). You will also find the nearest grocery store within about 3 km away, and other stores in nearby villages.

Your own infinity pool

If you don't feel like jetting around the countryside however, you can spend endless hours in and around the beautiful infinity pool is beautifully with its fine tiled details and terrace. You have sun loungers and outdoor furniture at your disposal so you can relax together outdoors and take in the breathtaking panoramic views. There is also an outdoor shower.

The 4 bedroom villa - sleeps 12

Ground floor
There is access to the villa on the ground level. It has access to a bathroom with a toilet and a shower and a staircase to the other two levels. This leads to the dining room and living room, connected and separated by a fireplace. As an extension of the dining room you step into a 'open space'-kitchen from which there is direct access to the pool and the large south facing sun terrace where everyone can sit together and eat. There is of course also a barbeque available. The kitchen is very well-equipped and you will find both a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, an oven, a 4 ring gas hob and an espresso machine.

1st floor
Up on the first floor there is a bathroom with a toilet and shower and four bedrooms (3 bedrooms with twin beds that can be assembled together and a master bedroom with a private bathroom with shower. This means that the villa has a total of three bathrooms.

Lower ground floor
There is a lower level that can also be considered as ground level since the villa is located on a sloping terrain. Down here there is a laundry room and a bedroom/sitting room with LCD TV, a double bed and a double sofa bed. This room also has direct access to a furnished terrace. The villa has all a total capacity for 12 guests, without the need to sleep anybody in the lounges.

Great design and other useful facilities

The villa is as said Danish owned and in tiptop condition. It has designer Scandinavian furniture and the right combination of wood and stone, which creates both warmth and cosiness. The local materials, wooden ceilings and terracotta floor blend beautifully together. There is also under floor heating, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 40 '' LCD TV (no satellite channels) and Nintendo (with games). The villa is very family friendly and suitable for most age groups - however, the steps and slopes mean that it is less suitable for small children.

Note: Smoking is not allowed in the villa - but you are welcome to smoke on the terrace.
