The town of Sestriere is located in the area of Via Lattea (literally translated as the Milky way) and offers about 400 km of pistes by connected areas. With an altitude of 2850 meters it nearly allows you a snow guarantee in winter. The Winter Olympics were held here in 2006 and you can still notice this in some parts of the town. The former residences of the athletes have been converted to a stunning residence hotel.
In the center of Sestriere you find a cozy atmosphere and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, if you wish to go out and you require a different environment, you will find it all here.
In summer the area offers great possibilities for trekking, hiking, cycling and golf.

In winter season, after a day out on the slopes, you’ll be happy to relax in the living room next to the fireplace. On some evenings you can enjoy a bit of entertainment with games and shows, performed by the staff. If you don’t wish to be here, you can either move to the TV room or enjoy a drink in the bar area.
If you wish to stay on half board, you can enjoy a 3-course menu in the restaurant or if you prefer a la carte, you can book the hotel with breakfast only.
The restaurant offers a decent cuisine, serving traditional and international dishes.
Your ski’s can be stored in the storage room and WiFi is available at a rate of 5,- euro per hour. If you want to come by car, no problem as there is a parking garage.
