Fertilia belongs to the municipality of Alghero. In the village you will find three restaurants, a supermarket, four cafes, ice cream shops, bakeries, butchers, emergency medical services and bicycle rental and newspaper stand.
Every Saturday is market day in the open air. The beach is within walking distance. The beach is very popular, as the sea gradually goes deeper. No big drops into the deep and ideal for playing children. Everything you need for a day at the beach is found here. Alghero can be reached in 10 minutes by car. A bus runs every hour to Alghero. The ticket costs about 1.00 euro.

For a good meal and a good bottle of Sardinian wine there is plenty of romantic places in the old town to visit. Alghero perhaps may not be the most typical town in Sardinia, though her strict Spanish-Aragonese character blends harmoniously into the Sardinian way of life. In this part of Sardegna you might notice that they speak a degenerated Catalan language. This is a remain of the Spanish colonization centuries ago.

The apartment consists of a spacious living room with 4 sofa chairs and TV. From here you have access to the large balcony. The kitchen comes with refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove (four burners), dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with toilet and shower and a hairdryer. The apartment is air conditioned and has a furnished balcony (table and chairs).
